When the chart looks active but Telegram is quiet

If you searched for "Dexscreener buybot not working," the real problem is usually simple: the group can see buys on a chart, but the Telegram feed is not posting them. That does not always mean the chart is wrong or the bot is broken. It can mean the Telegram setup is watching the wrong chain, the wrong pool, the wrong route, or the wrong topic.

baes scan is built for that exact moment. Add @BAESBuyBot, point it at the token and route the group actually uses, confirm the saved pool, and tune the alert feed from Telegram.

Start with the market people are actually using

Before changing thresholds or blaming the bot, collect the market details:

  • Token address.
  • Chain.
  • DEX or venue name.
  • Pool, pair, market, or chart link.
  • First-mint block, if you have it.
  • Telegram group or topic where alerts should post.

For a guided setup, run:

/watch

Choose the chain from the buttons, paste the token contract, and use the first-mint block help if the deployer did not already send it.

For EVM chains, a direct broad setup can look like this:

/watch base 0xToken any <firstMintBlock> all

If you already know the route, name it:

/watch base 0xToken any <firstMintBlock> uniswap v4 all
/watch base 0xToken any <firstMintBlock> aerodrome all
/watch ethereum 0xToken any <firstMintBlock> uniswap

Check the saved pool before changing settings

After setup, run:

/pools

That command is the quickest reality check. If the saved route does not match the chart link the group is sharing, fix the saved market first. Lowering the minimum buy size will not help if the bot is watching the wrong pool.

If you know the exact pool, run /pool and follow the known-pool flow, or use direct pool entry:

/pool
/pool base 0xPoolAddress 0xTargetToken

For Uniswap v4 pool IDs:

/pool base 0xV4PoolId 0xTargetToken <firstMintBlock>

Do not forget Telegram topics

A lot of "not posting" reports are really topic-routing problems. The bot may be able to post, but not in the topic where the group expects alerts.

Move into the right Telegram topic and run:

/topic here

Then check permissions. The bot needs permission to post messages. If the group uses aggressive admin restrictions, give the bot explicit posting access before testing again.

Tune after the route is correct

Once /pools shows the right market and /topic here points at the right room, open:

/settings

Set the minimum buy size, media, emoji, and alert style. A tiny minimum can make the feed feel noisy. A high minimum can make a real launch look quiet. The right setting depends on the room, but settings should come after route confirmation, not before it.

When to ask for help

Send the token, chain, DEX, pool link, first-mint block if known, and Telegram group to @mrtdlgc on Twitter/X or Telegram. A chart screenshot is less useful than the actual pool or market link.

Summary

If a Dexscreener-style buybot is not posting, use baes scan to verify the exact market instead of guessing. Add @BAESBuyBot, run /watch or /pool, confirm with /pools, route with /topic here, and tune the feed with /settings.
