Hydrex is not just another v2 pair

Hydrex on Base uses an Algebra-style route, which means teams should not set it up like a plain pair market. From the Telegram group's perspective, the desired outcome is simple: buys happen on Hydrex and the alerts post. The setup needs to name that route so the bot does not look in the wrong place.
