Curve setup should start from the pool

Curve is different from the usual token-pair flow. For a token team, the most reliable setup is to start with the known Curve pool and the target token you want to treat as the bought asset. That is clearer than asking a Telegram bot to infer intent from a token address alone.

When you are ready to add alerts, invite @BAESBuyBot to the Telegram group, give it permission to post, and run the route command from that group or topic.

baes scan supports Base Curve alerts through direct pool setup. This gives teams a practical path for pools that do not fit the simple v2/v3 mental model.

Add the Curve pool

Invite @BAESBuyBot to Telegram, then add the pool:

/pool base 0xCurvePool 0xTargetToken

Use the actual Curve pool address and the token address that should count as the buy target. If the pool contains several assets, the target token matters. It tells the bot which side of the trade the Telegram group cares about.

After adding it, check:

/pools
/status

Route alerts to the right topic

If your group has a dedicated buy-alert topic, open that topic and run:

/topic here

Then open settings:

/settings

Curve pools can have different trade sizes and behavior from meme-pair markets. Start with a practical threshold, watch the first alerts, and adjust so posts remain useful.

What to send for help

If you need help with a Curve setup, send the chain, pool address, target token, and Telegram group context to @mrtdlgc on Twitter/X or Telegram. If the chain is not shown yet, ask for a setup check rather than assuming Curve alerts are out of scope.

The pool address is the most important detail. A screenshot is useful, but a contract address is better.

When Curve alerts are the right fit

Curve setup is useful for stable, wrapped, or multi-asset liquidity where normal buybot language gets awkward. If the community is tracking one asset inside a larger pool, direct setup keeps the Telegram output tied to that asset instead of the whole pool story.

Moderator checklist

Before telling the community that Curve alerts are live, check three things. First, confirm the pool address came from the official pool page or another trusted source. Second, confirm the target token is the asset the group expects to see in buy posts. Third, check /pools after setup so the saved pool is visible to the team.

If the pool has several assets, avoid vague requests like "watch our Curve." Send the exact pool and target token. This is faster, and it keeps the alert feed from treating the wrong side of the trade as the community's buy.

For chains that are not listed yet, the same rule applies: a precise pool address makes the setup easier to review.

If the pool later changes, treat it as a fresh setup. Remove the old pool, add the new one, and tell moderators which address is now authoritative so the alert feed stays trusted.

Summary

For Base Curve, use /pool base 0xCurvePool 0xTargetToken. Confirm with /pools, route alerts with /topic here, and tune thresholds in /settings. If you need another chain, message @mrtdlgc with the pool details.
